Professional Pathways

 As part of our service, we can design and deliver 'professional learning programmes' as part of ensuring continuous learning for sustained professional development. These are created to target specific areas within education such as improving writing, staff wellbeing, behaviour cultures and adaptive practice or roles within schools such professional pathways for SENCOs, senior mental health leaders of department leaders. These provide on-going training over a longer period such as a day or half-day each half term or weekly sessions in a half term. They can be easily adjusted to meet your specific needs, timings and focus.
