Coaching and mentoring sessions are typically one-hour long. They are usually held virtually, but can be undertaken by telephone. Face to face sessions can be available but may incur additional costs.

 Research is clear about the impact of instructional coaching and its ability to empower teachers in their own agency and practice. We offer instructional coaching support, as part of your wider quality of education practice or to support practitioner who may be underperforming.

Our Instructional Coaching includes:

• Personalised Coaching: One-to-one coaching sessions tailored to individual teacher and TA needs and goals.
• Observation and Feedback: Collaborative observation of teaching, followed by constructive and supportive feedback. 
• Skill Development: Focus on developing key teaching and learning knowledge and skills, such as:
  • Inclusive and adaptive teaching and learning
  • Classroom management
  • Assessment for learning
  • Use of technology in the classroom
  • Inclusive teaching practices
• Curriculum Support: Guidance on curriculum implementation and effective lesson planning.
• Data Analysis & Use: Support in analysing student data to inform teaching and identify areas for improvement.

We can also provide coaching and mentoring training and development support for you to embed coaching cultures as part of your on-going day to day practice.

 We are experienced coaches and mentors and have extensive experience supporting leaders and staff, at all levels in schools and through programmes such as NAHT headship coaching and mentoring, Nottingham Trent University (NTU) Women in Leadership Coaching and NTUs Neurodiverse Students Mentoring Programme.
