Kerry is a highly experienced educational leader and consultant, with specialisms across Primary and Special sectors. As a previous Director or School Improvement for a national, award-winning company, Kerry has supported leaders to positively impact outcomes, cultures and career development. She is a research-led practitioner with a deep understanding and knowledge of the complexities and demands of the education sector. She has an extensive background in supporting schools and school leaders, through external verification processes such as Ofsted and ISI. Through both headship and school improvement work, Kerry has led and supported both small, rural schools, through to large, inner-city schools with high deprivation and SEND and has led development programmes across local authorities, most recently including developing new SEND graduated approaches to training in mental health, SEMH and high needs and behaviour cultures. Kerry has been nationally recognised for her impact within education include being a triple fellow (Chartered College of Teaching, City and Guilds Institute and Nottingham Trent University) and holds a Masters in Mental Health and Wellbeing in Schools.

 Carli is a qualified teacher and an experienced leader and with a specialism in Early Education (0-7 age range) and Special Educational needs. Carli has inspection experience both within the UK and internationally. She has inspected across the Early years and schools sector. and has lead inspector experience.  She holds the National professional qualification for headship (NPQH) the National professional qualification for Executive leaders (NPQEL) and a postgraduate certificate in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SENDCO award).   Carli has extensive experience working with stakeholders. She has a clear understanding of governance, school effectiveness, and accountability. She has extensive experience in school improvement planning and self-evaluation and how to understand the essence of each school’s unique challenges. 

 As an Early Education specialist, her main interests are pedagogical approaches, language acquisition with neurolinguistic development, and the importance of the early years as a foundation for lifelong learning and educational outcomes. 

Georgio is an award-winning music professional celebrated for his work as a music teacher, instructor, education consultant, content creator and podcaster. As the founder of the acclaimed Hip Hop Orchestra, Georgio has seamlessly blended classical and contemporary genres, pushing musical boundaries and captivating audiences worldwide. With extensive experience as a music educator, Georgio is passionate about making music theory accessible.

Laura is a highly experienced and dedicated educational professional. As an early years specialist, Laura has nearly two decades of experience teaching in Early Years and primary settings, bringing a wealth of expertise to her roles with Ned For Schools in DSL supervision, supervision and coaching. With a strong background in Early Years education and a particular understanding of children's mental health and wellbeing, Laura is highly skilled at recognising individual needs and building trusting relationships and creating a safe, nurturing environment. Laura also have a genuine passion for supporting the mental health and wellbeing of educational professionals, recognising the importance of creating a positive, supportive and caring workplace where colleagues feel valued and able to seek help when needed. Her extensive experience, calm and approachable manner, strong safeguarding awareness and commitment to the wellbeing of both children and staff make her exceptionally well suited to supporting safeguarding and supervision across a school or EYFS setting.

 James is a highly experienced consultant who specialises in curriculum design, pedagogy, subject knowledge and personal development, particularly in primary education. He has authored a number of resources for schools, and recently published research into curriculum design for mixed-age classrooms. He has a proven track record of enhancing educational standards through advice, training and partnership - at governor, leader, teacher and TA level. Before joining NED, James was Assistant Director of Education in the Church of England, and before that he did a range of work for the Catholic Partnership, so he brings with him a wealth of knowledge about Sec.48 inspections and faith/church school 'distinctiveness', not to mention areas that are equally important in secular schools like vision/values implementation and spirituality (SMSC). For a number of years James was Kerry's deputy at a national and award-winning school improvement company, where they supported state and private schools in the UK and internationally. James started his professional life as a BBC journalist, so he has additional expertise in oracy, media, inter-personal skills and community engagement.
