Kerry is a highly experienced educational leader and consultant, with specialisms across Primary and Special sectors. As a previous Director or School Improvement for a national, award-winning company, Kerry has supported leaders to positively impact outcomes, cultures and career development. She is a research-led practitioner with a deep understanding and knowledge of the complexities and demands of the education sector. She has an extensive background in supporting schools and school leaders, through external verification processes such as Ofsted and ISI. Through both headship and school improvement work, Kerry has led and supported both small, rural schools, through to large, inner-city schools with high deprivation and SEND and has led development programmes across local authorities, most recently including developing new SEND graduated approaches to training in mental health, SEMH and high needs and behaviour cultures. Kerry has been nationally recognised for her impact within education include being a triple fellow (Chartered College of Teaching, City and Guilds Institute and Nottingham Trent University) and holds a Masters in Mental Health and Wellbeing in Schools.

Carli has inspection experience both within the UK and internationally. She has inspected across the Early years and schools sector. and has lead inspector experience. She holds the National professional qualification for headship (NPQH) the National professional qualification for Executive leaders (NPQEL) and a postgraduate certificate in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SENDCO award). Carli has extensive experience working with stakeholders. She has a clear understanding of governance, school effectiveness, and accountability. She has extensive experience in school improvement planning and self-evaluation and how to understand the essence of each school’s unique challenges.
As an Early Education specialist, her main interests are pedagogical approaches, language acquisition with neurolinguistic development, and the importance of the early years as a foundation for lifelong learning and educational outcomes.
